I have registered my company but I would like to share the attendees informations later, is it possible?

Yes it is possible, we need the attendees informations latest 2 months prior so you need to share the attendess informations latest by 2024.

What is included in the exhibitors package?

Shuttle service: there will be periodical shuttle services from/to all other hotels to/from Hotel.

Events: free pass for all events in the agenda

Wi-fi: free wi-fi in the venue

Appointments: our B2B session will be pre-scheduled (appointed)

What is not included in to the exhibitors package ?

Individual / private transfers

Extra accommodation

Personal expenses

Where can I get my events pass/badge?

You will take it from our welcoming/registration desk at the entrance.

Where can I see the attendees list?

One week before the arrival, full list of attendees will be shared.
