What information should I provide during the application?

Details of your company or institution

Contact information of the participant(s) (maximum of 2 people)

I’ve completed my application, but I would like to share the contact information of the participant(s) at a later time.

You must provide the participant details no later than 2 months before the event, that is, by February 2026.

What is included in the participant package?

Event Access: Free entry to all official programs and activities within the event schedule.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi access will be provided within the venue.

Appointments: B2B meetings will be arranged through a pre-scheduled appointment system.

What is not included in the participant program?

Private transfers

Additional accommodation

Personal expenses

Where can I get my event entry badge?

Your entry badge will be provided during event registration.

Where can I see the participant list?

The full participant list will be sent to participants via email one week before the event.
